Through her consistent dependability and kindness, she has cultivated strong connections with students. Her dedication to supporting newcomer students, guiding them through their transition and acclimation to their new environment, has profoundly impacted their success. Maria’s genuine care for every student she works with truly embodies the heart of the Mustangs, making her a tremendously deserving recipient of this recognition.

Moreno Valley Unified Triumphs at RCOE National History Competition

 

In Moreno Valley, Calif., 34 students from the Moreno Valley Unified School District have demonstrated excellence at the RCOE National History competition, advancing with 16 projects to the state level. With 46 schools, including 13 from Moreno Valley, participating in the competition, a diverse range of institutions showcased their talent. Among 386 student entries, Moreno Valley participants secured 34 wins, highlighting their dedication to academic excellence. These winning students will progress to the California State Competition at CSU Sacramento on April 19-24, 2024.

Esports All Girls Tournament

The Moreno Valley Unified School District is hosting its first-ever All Girls Esports Tournament on Saturday, December 2, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
